The game includes an optional Primal Pass subscription available on a monthly or yearly basis. The subscription removes all ads, gives you a 2x XP boost, and provides access to both preferred servers and to preferred slots on free servers.

Subscribers receive an insignia next to their name to indicate their status as Primal Pass holders and will receive special news and updates from time to time. The user will be asked to login to his Google account if not already prior to the purchase. The payment will be charged to Google Account at confirmation of purchase. The subscription automatically renews unless auto-renew is turned off at least hours before the end of the current period. The account will be charged for renewal within hours prior to the end of the current period.

Subscriptions may be managed by the user and auto-renewal may be turned off by going to the user's Account Settings after purchase. Cancellation of a current subscription during the active subscription period may not be allowed. Download GameLoop from the official website, then run the exe file to install GameLoop.

Smart Key Mapping. Users only need to complete one week out of the possible nine weeks to gain entry into the Primeval Competition. Users only qualify for one entry into the Primeval Competition regardless of how many times they complete any full week's tasks.

There is no entry via email or post to the Primeval Competition. Entries on behalf of another person are void. Entries over the maximum number of entries, or entries made or received by the Promoter after the closing date and time, or entries which are incomplete, misspelt, incomprehensible, or not received are void and will not be entered into the Primeval Competition.

The draw of the Primeval Competition will take place on 8 June The first correct entry drawn at random from all eligible entries will be the winner of the 1st prize. The second correct entry drawn at random from all eligible entries will be the winner of the 2nd prize.

The third correct entry drawn at random from all eligible entries will be the winner of the 3rd prize. The next 10 correct entries drawn at random from all eligible entries will be the winners of the runner-up prizes.

The winners will be contacted as soon as practicable on or after the Primeval Competition draw date on the phone number they provided when registering.

The Promoter will not amend contact information provided once entry to the Primeval Competition has been made. Reasonable efforts will be made to contact a winner. If they cannot be contacted or fail to provide an address for delivery or fail to meet the eligibility requirements as set out in the general competition terms and conditions, and elsewhere as applicable, or are otherwise unable to comply with these terms this may result in forfeiture of their prize and the Promoter reserves the right to offer the prize to the next correct entry drawn at random from all eligible entries.

All prizes will be sent to winners by registered mail or courier. The prizes each include delivery to the winner's UK mainland home address. There is no alternative prize or cash equivalent. The Promoter reserves the right to vary any element of the prizes due to circumstances beyond its reasonable control. The prizes are non-changeable and non-transferable. The Promoter endeavours to deliver the prizes within 28 days of winner confirmation. The winners must be UK residents and may be required to confirm proof of age and eligibility.
